Hello, I’m Cara Jo, the founder of Cara Jo Customs, and I’m thrilled to share my story with you. My journey into the world of deep sea fishing began years ago when I first cast my line into the vast ocean waters. However, despite my love for fishing, I always found myself using hand-me-down fishing poles from my husband, never having a rod that truly felt like my own.
The search for a fishing rod that resonated with my style and personality led me on a quest through countless shops, yet I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Determined to create something unique, I decided to take matters into my own hands and craft my own custom deep sea fishing rod. This experience ignited a passion within me to not only fish like the boys but to do so with elegance and style.
